Generally, ktichens for large scale production are quite simple and functional. Quick and easy to set up and maximise efficiency.

With these kitchens in Delhi for the Lavonne brand, the company’s brief was to create Show Kitchens that function as an extension of the Academy Classrooms on the floor above, giving students and guests alike a peek behind the curtain and showcasing the chefs creating the delectable goodies that are enjoyed by so many.

The individual spaces are designed as Laboratories, reflective of the Scientists/Chefs hard at work experimenting and discovering all of the items that are then displayed in the Cafes. The main element is the Ceiling with a grid that houses the panel light, meant to uniformly bathe the space in light, and extends down to form storage and displays on all sides and leaves the lower level open for the Chefs to organise their equipments as per their preferences, allowing them to maximise their potential.

From the uniform panel lighting to the Industrial aesthetic, this space immediately lets everyone know the seriousness of the work and craft that the Chefs are engaged in. The Kitchens/Laboratories, in alliance with the Academy above, are the next step in the journey of the Chefs who have mastered their craft.
